Emilio Mulet is Managing Partner (Socio Director) of Ullswater Investments, a Madrid-based European funding advisory and venture-building firm.
He advises companies and consortia on EU and Spanish R&D funding, including Horizon Europe, CDTI, Red.es and ENISA instruments, and on the management of funded projects.
His practice is built around federated data spaces: he has worked on three SEDIA-funded European data space demonstrators — Global Data Care (health), PROCUREDATA (public procurement) and EcoDataNet (circular economy) — and on Gaia-X, IDSA and ODRL-based data-sharing architectures.
